I think people are making way too big of a deal about age differences. A lot of that is to avoid taking responsibility for one's own behavior. Back in my day, if you were in your early 20s and messed around with much older men, you learned from it and might have walked away understanding that it's not a good thing to date someone way older. Today, instead of faming poor dating decisions as learning experiences, a lot of young people fame it as victimization. <br>At the end of the day, I think age differences only come into play for the very young (20s or less). Therefore, yes, if you 21, you really should not be running around with people in their 40s or older. However, once you are above 30, you should be a fully functioning adult at that point, if you want to run around with a 75yo, it's your business. We also have to understand that there will always be exceptions to the rule and mind our own business. <br>As for older men chasing after much younger men, most of the time it's about finances for the younger guy. Again, there are exceptions to the rule, but I have zero empathy for older guys whining about ageism from younger men while ignoring men within their own age range.
