  If you have not watched Blacktalons animation yet, season 1 has a great episode on &apos;tortured into becoming nurgle follower&apos; plot.<br><br>You already read Gardus books and Nagash book, so I&apos;m not sure what else in AoS can compare 🤔 Maybe first Blacktalon book?🤔<br><br>So I will recommend stuff from 40k instead. <br><br><br>First is Dark Imperium trilogy by Guy Haley (especially book 3). It goes deep on how Nurgle works. From initial invisible infection to swallowing planets.<br><br>And demon parts are exactly the same as they would be in AoS anyways. Demon PoV chapters in book 3 are my absolute favourite piece of nurgle demons fiction. 10/10 no notes would read more of it any day.<br><br>Second is Lords of Silence by Chris Wraight - Death Guard warband is nurgling around in most delightful ways. And they are protagonists there, so you get their point of view on everything. And it is simply delighful in its nurgliness, grossness and surprising cuteness at times (nurglings are the best)<br><br><br>And couple of honorary mentions that have interesting nurgle bits, but mostly focused on imperial marines.<br><br><br>Warhawk by Chris Wraight (from HH Siege of Terra series)<br><br>It is included for for weponised depression and the story of Death Guard meeting nurglings for the first time (too cute!)<br><br><br>Master of Rites by Rob Young. The story is set in aftermaths of Plague Wars in Dark Imperium.<br><br>It is included for three Death Guard warlords who have conquered the whole sector, but now all three have very different ideas of what Papa Nurgle wants and it breaks their alliance. Also the grossest death I have ever read in warhams (and I read a lot!). And yet that one bit almost made me loose my dinner.

  I started playing Nurgle as it was both a challenge to paint, fun models to build, and a god based on the actual god we have in my culture (Assyrian).

  I based my Seraphon army in Ghyran as their Slann ponders life itself and the Old One’s designs and reasoning. So the Maggotkin are something they fight quite a bit.

  As someone whose main army is death guard I prefer the more mutated models for my Maggotkin army but the new sculpts are pretty peak thank you for this video!😊

  I started a maggotkin army this year, its been the most fun painting project I have done in my 6 years of warhammer! <br>When I started, I bought the darkwater box, some rotswords, new blightkings and a bunch of deamons on ebay
