  I just like to imagine years after an apocalypse event and every mall is looted empty, finding these overconsumption homes will be like hitting the jackpot.

  I just use whatever shampoo, conditioner and body wash is closest to me. Most of my shower time is winning imaginary arguments with someone I don't like.

  Fun fact. . . Cherry blossoms have NO smell! When I lived in Japan I was so excited to go to my first Sakura Festival! Imagine my surprise when I discovered that cherry blossoms smell like dirt and the outdoors! I feel lied to and betrayed! Now I need to investigate what cherry blossom scent actually is!

  I have OCD and unfortunately i &nbsp;stumbled into showertok back in 2022. I fell for the routines they all had, because i wanted to be as clean as possible and it was just a convenient excuse to develop another strict routine. All the products together ruined my skin. Ever since i switched to a gentle shower gel and a simple shampoo and conditioner i felt so much cleaner and happier. It was hard to let go of my 40-90 minute long shower routine but my skin was so bad i had to do it. It took months for my skin to fully recover, so it’s harmful content even beyond the overconsumption. I hope all the sensitive skin angels realize this hygiene trend is not for them and they switch to a simple routine instead.

  How can people have three hour showers? I&apos;m jealous of the energy they have. I can&apos;t even stand for five minutes because my body decides &quot;nope, ur not going to have any energy as soon as you start getting ready &lt;3&quot; so I legit have to sit down.

  And here I feel bad that as a curly girl, I have to have different products for hot/dry vs hot/humid vs cold/dry vs cold/humid. This is ridiculous and extreme.

  The irony of her choosing a sensitive skin cleanser bar and following it up with like four or five different scents is not lost upon me.<br><br>Also &quot;having a shower routine for each day of the week&quot; sounds like some shit I&apos;d say pre OCD diagnosis.
