  I love the subtle visual storytelling this game has. The game starts you in more naturalistic environments like jungles, before slowly moving to more manmade environments as you progress. Going from tribal huts to ancient temples to cortex’s mechanical island. <br>Another cool detail that’s really more prevalent in the betas is how you can see how Crash gets from place to place and how they interact with each other. Like for example, Pinstripe has an unused sound in his boss fight of a generator powering down, which might have hinted at why Lights Out and Fumbling in the Dark have no lights

  I actually love the environmental story telling in this game. From the lush forests, native villages, ancient and forgotten ruins and temples to the Industrial complex and castle. Particularly the ancient ruins and temples. Makes you wonder what civilization used to live there and what happened to them? <br><br>Also it is interesting how this is one example of a game where the 100% ending is actually non-canonical. As the second game begins straight after Cortex&apos; defeat.

  I only played Crash bandicoot from the n sane trilogy. But there is something about the graphichs of the ps1 port that hit different.

  The very first video game that I can remember playing was Crash 2, we never had Crash 1 in my household but, we had the other PS1 games of the franchise.

  This is a very well articulated and well edited video!<br><br>I did not know that the 2 guys responsible for Naughty Dog&apos;s birth were making games since they were teenagers in high school in the 1980s no less omg.
