They’re not disco, they’re best described as glam rock from London England.
Other hits by this band include Little Willy, Fox on the Run and Love is Like Oxygen
Another great reaction by you.,,Peace and Love from Toronto

I am 63, my sons have strict instructions for this song to be played at my funeral. It is my ALL time favourite song. Everything about it is perfect.

You are one the ONLY reactors to this song who didn't have some huge freak-out about their clothing, makeup, or perceived 'orientation' based on voices or actions. THANK YOU, holy gods.
This coming on the radio meant everybody jumping around, singing their heads off. We freakin' loved it.

ROLLER SKATING in the 70's would never have been complete without this tune.
Ballroom Blitz and Fox on the Run were Roller Palace staples.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! This is what is known as "Glam Rock". It is a term you need to know. David Bowie, T-Rex, or Mott the Hoople are other examples of Glam Rock. I'm not certain if Traffic is considered a Glam Rock band, but it featured your homeboy Steve Winwood on vocals. Traffic is a band you need to look into

Glam Rock at its best. My poor old Dad almost had a stroke every time one of the Glam Rockers appeared on Top of the Pops. He couldn't understand men wearing eye shadow and sparkly clothes 😂

This isn’t disco. Sweet was part of the glam rock movement. David Bowie was also a trailblazer in glam rock. I don’t know why it was listed as disco. The main thing they have in common is glitter and glitz. There’s a great film called Velvet Goldmine that captures all of the feel of the glam rock movement. Terrific soundtrack!

British Glam rock from the late 60's through early 70's was very catchy and entertaining.
