  I live at 4091 feet. I went to Alaska and noticed immediately how much better I felt at sea level. I would so love to go to the Dead Sea and float in it.

  Using urine was not just a Roman Technique. &nbsp;Its been used for fabrics up until about 150 - 200 years ago (give or take). &nbsp;It was especially used for dying fabrics. &nbsp;The ammonia is what helped set the dye into the fabric. &nbsp;Bleach also has ammonia in it which is probably why they used it to wash whites (and by they I mean both the Romans AND modern people, I wouldn&apos;t doubt the technique goes back further than Rome).

  As an Israeli and jew I am very happy to see such great history told about my people and our country. There is many great lessons for us all to take from this kind of history lessons; Most importantly Peace and respect to everyone! We are all on this earth together and whatever differences we have among us are very small. For anyone who plans to visit Israel in the future; one small piece of advice; &nbsp;rent a car and go to the North sea of Galalie; most tourist just go to tel aviv, Jerusalem and dead sea. You are missing the most beautiful part the Sea of Galalie and golan heights.
