Fascinating - I watched the latest (final!) Mission Impossible film the other day and couldn't work out why it didn't really land with me. <br><br>Having seen this I think it was because it took waaaay too long on the setup. Must have been 30-40% of the film setting up the stakes/characters etc before it really got going. The final act ALMOST made up for it but, even as a M:I mega-fan I had to work very hard as a viewer in the first part!
