Leaving a toxic job and workplace is truly blessing. Mental health is very important. As I’m from India, I’ve to live with my parents! I everyday feel about leaving my toxic Big 4 Consulting job but when I look at my parents, I give up that thought. You’re lucky and blessed. Sometimes I want to cry out loud due to toxicity in workplace.<br>Always keep in mind, loneliness doesn’t make you depressed but if you’re surrounded by toxic environment, that will make you depressed 😢
