I have such a special love for the Lands of Intrigue. Even the end of the Shoon empire which can be resumed to "A random encounter with an Elven High mage and his pet Tsunami Spell was the culprit" or the time with Mennom and Calim and the elemental slave trade they had going on. It is all so interesting.

Great vid as always!  Do you have a video that explains the Calendars used in Faerûn?   Also, I would love to see a video about Tymanther and the Dragonborne.

fun fact, the destruction of a city and moving it stone by stone elsewhere is based on something that actually happened! During the wars between the Eastern Roman and Persian Empires, Khosrow II of Persia conquered the city of Antioch and *stole it*, moving it near to his capital where he resettled its citizens as well as of other Roman cities he'd captured during the campaign. He called it Weh Antiok Khosrow, or "Better than Antioch, Khosrow built this". He gave it all of the amenities he could - he built it to the same plan as Antioch itself and provbided Roman baths, a circus for chariots and even resettled charioteers there for the races (think of it like Roman football) he wanted to make it literally better than Antioch, such that the deported people would choose to stay there even if given an opportunity to leave - just to flex on the Romans.
