  Hey brotherman. &nbsp;Loma is my favourite boxer of all time. I&apos;m at the part of the video about breath holding. So - I used to do free-diving (diving deep under water without the assistance of breathing apparatus), and trained for holding my breath. There is a difference with free-diving which involves pressure changes, and physical exertion/swimming, but I have also done &apos;static holds&apos; where you relax as much as humanly possible, like Loma when he looked like he was having a nap under water. The less you exert yourself, the more you can retain oxygenation. And before you start the breath hold, you utilize a certain breathing method to enhance your ability. With time, your body does develop a &apos;tolerance&apos; to it. There is a legit verified instance of someone holding their breath under water for TWENTY FOUR AND A HALF minutes. That is some mutant stuff. After about 30 seconds of breath holding, your blood carbon dioxide increases a bunch, stimulating that sensation of feeling the urge to breath. While your blood double-bond oxygen declines. It takes a lot of training, genetics, etc, and 24 min 37 seconds is the official world record for a reason. But it&apos;s insane what you can do.<br><br>Vasyl doing 4 1/2 minutes is still very impressive. Myself, I have swam 300 meters underwater (not vertically/dive depth!! horizontally, swimming near the surface, in a pool, back and forth) on one breath hold. As far as staying very calm and still - as glucose and oxygen transport to your muscles reduces your ability to breath hold - I have managed 3 minutes 20 seconds. Now adays I could probably do 1 minute 30 seconds at most. <br><br>But as far as it being the key to stamina, not exactly. It DEFINITELY HELPS. Just like training at high altitude, like in the mountains. I will try to wrap this long comment up lol, but it has to do with red blood cell production and oxygen stuff. Anyway, these things are all helpful tools to increase stamina/endurance, but not required or the whole story, feel me. The physical training and diet is ultimately the most important factor. The other stuff is the secret recipe to go from great to legend.

  Loma is that guy. Anyone that says otherwise has no actual concept of what a once in a lifetime, great boxer looks like.<br><br>Giving Salido the win is on the same level of bad decisions in boxing as Ramirez over Whitaker.

  Everytime i learn something about Loma&apos;s tactics, I&apos;ll learn like 5 new other things he&apos;s doing. He has soo many different looks and dimensions, its crazy!

  Light punches because of light weight? Like paper napkins? Yo, bro.. even from super flyweights (112 to 115 lbs). Those are still boxer’s punches.. if those punches are like nothing, their faces won’t wont be swelling or be cut.

  David Benavidez would be a good boxer to react to. He&apos;s got some badass knockouts, with a smile on his face, and is still a reasonably young boxer. It&apos;s crazy to see him go up against fighters who look way more ripped than him and see the ripped one slowly get demolished and in some cases put on best knockout highlight reels forever
