Something you have to realize is how hard these passes are thrown. These are throws are traveling anywhere from 40 mph (~64.4 kph) to 60mph (~96.5 kph). Catching something from 40+ yards (~36.5+ meters) away moving THAT FAST with 1 hand all while a defender is trying to break the pass up or take your head off with a big hit is not easy. These arent just a casual toss. There was a show called Pros vs Joes where they had an NFL quarterback throw passes to average every day people, and the spin on the ball was too fast, that the ball would twist their hands off the ball resulting in a drop while using 2 hands.<br><br>It really comes down (to no fault AT ALL of your own) to not understanding what you're seeing. Like on the Henry run, simply trying to hit him doesnt work. He is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger and stronger than everyone else that plays his position. Hes 6'3" (190.5cm), 252lbs (114.3kgs), runs 20+mph (32.2kph), and has a max bench press of 440lbs (199.6kgs). Hes bigger than a lot of the guys not only at his position, but also who has to tackle him. <br><br>I feel like once you get more of an understanding of the game, the more impressive these will be.

You can push or jump over a dude that is 6.6 and 300 pounds in motion while reading the play is about a second lol 🤣 sure
