  Those were some lovely doors! I wish I noticed the little things more often than I do. I got an appreciation for doors after visiting Zanzibar some 20 years ago. People on the island would spend tens of thousands of dollars on a front door if they could afford it. Enjoy watching your videos!

  In our bathroom in Bali we had a tile/concrete pool with fresh water, used to dip a pitcher and pour into toilet to flush it. We got these cute little lotus flower floating candles to use at night. I had a gr8 experience after a full Balinese style massage, they had prepared a whole hot tub full of Bougainvillea petals. I was able to have privacy so I was able to remove my robe and step in naked. Found myself glowing in the feel of the Bali sun and hot water warming all my body having been walked on by my tiny Bali masseuse. Admittedly the place was quiet. We were capitalizing on the deals we were seeing. Singapore Air had these stop over deals. Always wanted to fly with Singapore Air. ✈️ <br>Then Bali for a week. The place only had 2 rooms occupied. We took a sightvseeing Van who accompanied us to some if the most famous temples there. We had lunch near some fabulous silversmith shops. Anyway we steer clear of nightclubs at night. We met a group of young adults in capital of Mozambique, Maputo &nbsp;Africa who had been robbed at knifepoint in the dark alley behind the club. We had a kid try to pick my partner pockets in broad daylight. Kept telling me, he’s gonna give me money. So I said we’re not buying this from you, we’re buying it from this man here. We walked into the mall there and waited a long time. The kid waited for us, we got in a cab but the cab driver waited while this kid yelled at me on my window. It was a bit scary. We had found my wedding dress African style, colorful kaftan length with a hand crocheted bodice top. The one in the colors I wanted didn’t fit so she measured me and went home and made me another one with the same colors. She came to our hotel the night before we left with it wrapped up in sunflower wrapping paper and a bow. Then she gave me a big hug 🤗 Africa an amazing place

  Indonesians do have notoriously sweet tooth. When an Australian company started to make ice cream here in about 1970 they had to change &nbsp;the formulation significantly, and produce much more chocolate ice cream than other varieties. (We are on Gili &nbsp;Meno at the moment and locals have described the rainfall as extraordinary even for the rainy season).

  Hi Wayne, it was so lovely to connect with you yesterday 🙏🏻 thank you for your generosity with taking the time to connect with Nathan and I we so enjoyed getting to meet you🎉<br>If people are keen to know more about the Sumantra Guest House - while it’s a great location the rooms require a little modernism / attention and the wifi is exceptionally slow but with the weather it’s hard to know if that’s causing an impact.<br>Safe adventuring Emma and Nathan
