  Dude!  This is better than This Old House.   I am stunned that they used three way speakers way back in the late 50's.  And of course, the almost comically large cross over!  You really display a love and reverence for this old gear.  KUDOS!

  The amount of know-how, work, time and material you put in that speaker is tremendous! Now, this is truly a work of art! Restoration is truly driven by passion and you demonstrated a truckload of it. I salute your dedication to your hobby! BRAVO !

  What a great channel. Now I know what owning an old 1950s amp implies in terms of repair and restoration. Very glad YT suggested your channel. The last video has the best cross over explanation I have heard so far. Great job and congrats on the beautiful restoration.

  i just recapped my 302A speakers with Audyn caps . am planning on installing cans on the mid range and refinishing the cabinets. my Insulation was the later version and is still intact so i will reuse it . And yes these vintage speakers out perform many modern speakers . World class drivers.

  I love your restoration. I had my pair done. I told my tech to use your vid as the template for my rebuild with the only difference being the Tobin mod. This was his first time working on Bozaks. His predecessor passed away so he was up. It took him awhile to come up to speed on them, but I was happy with his work overall except for one thing. It’s been 2 years and it still gauls me. He didn’t put all of the new batting back in. I mean, he ran out of material. I’d have bought more if he’d said something. Idk if it was the back wall or the curtain. Probably the curtain. I haven’t had the heart to open one up and see. He was concerned about the price of the batting and was trying to keep the cost down. Also, he didn’t see where it would have made any more of a difference in the sound. Dude, you had one job. <br>One day soon I’ll open one up and see how much more they need and what I need to do to get them back to where they’re supposed to be.

  If you sand the walnut a bit &nbsp;before using the woodfill you can mix the sanding dust into the woodfill and have the result matching the walnut very closely.<br>English not first language so hope you understand 😁

  Amazing work, seriously some of the highest quality video in both the restoration and vintage speaker categories. I have a pair of Bozaks that are all original.....I will be inspecting the caps soon. Lik&apos;d and Sub&apos;d for this high quality content.

  Great job Rob! Sounds very good on my 3-way Electro Voice speakers. I got my PDF prints to build from Electro Voice for my EV SP15W&apos;s woofers cab. plans. About the same size as yours but 5&quot; taller (giver take) with a T-25A horn mid. T350 tweeter X-35 X-8 crossovers. The woofer alone is from 1954 had them (reconed). Point is my gear is over 65years old but they don&apos;t know what year it is! They take that digital signal and dooced-do it around the room with all of the vitality of any High-end stereo gear today. Pushing them with my Marantz model 2325 which was Marantz answer to Pioneers SX 1010 which shot across the bow that started the &apos;Monster Receivers War&apos;. Keep up the good work Bub! You are a fine young passionate man whom I am proud of to have been able to view and enjoy your delightful knowledge and fine work in restoring the grand ladies of vintage Hi-Fidelity history. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
