  Couple of things, I think you guys have concluded he&apos;s &nbsp;hispanic based on him having worked in kitchen. Full context, the kid is from Boston worked at Brooklyn Fare: Chefs Table, Cornell Food Science Grad, Somelier, and lives in a luxury apartment in LES. He&apos;s obviously from an affluent background and most likely Asian American. My guess is Chinese or Taiwanese American, possibly Korean.
