What you have created is simply amazing! And your video is well narrated and filmed!

Rural people are often narrowminded and stubborn and don't see with their hearts but through the lens of traditions and unwavering beliefs. They have never experienced other life styles and a more open and curious society! But that's the case everywhere, not just in Japan. Also the Swiss mountain people are a kind of their own. Don't give up but continue to create wonderful experiences and memories for your family, friends, visitors and us, your video watchers! Thank you so much for sharing! Looking forward to your next episode!

20 years myself. 16 in Fukuoka, 1 in Kyoto, now 3 in Yamaguchi in the countryside. Definitely got my engine roaring again. Can't thank you enough for sharing.

Thank you for making this video. I found it both enjoyable & educational.
In the early 80's, when I first visited Japan, I was so taken by the countryside & people of Kyushu, that I wondered 'could I make a life here?' You are clearly more resilient than me because I concluded there were too many barriers and that my personality was just so different, that 'fitting-in' would be near-on impossible for me.
I remain close friends with those I met in Kyushu and prefer to visit them as often as I can.
But I do love your efforts and your sheer determination. I look forward to Part 2. Thank you so very much. 🙇🏻

Congratulations, your channel has traction. I really enjoyed the last video, the only 1 I’ve seen so far. I was going to say I love that you are both being genuine but give me some more positive stories. However, your honesty seems to be working. I loved the video. Will be watching, Good Luck.
