Skoolie LED Headlights // THE CHEETAH CAB

Normally I hate modern LED headlights on cars- they’re obnoxiously, unnecessarily bright and feel impossible/sometimes dangerous to drive in front of vehicles with them. But our old headlights weren’t cutting it, and being new to driving a huge vehicle at a higher, farther back position, we wanted to ensure we could always see everything at night. Hannah navigates the electrical wiring of new headlights and how to properly install them. Previously a friend had offered to help sand the bus to repaint it, so he had removed all the side and hood mirrors. We didn’t have time to finish that task, so we now attempt to put them back on. These two tasks are some of our earliest lessons that ~nothing~ is as easy as it may seem when it comes to skoolie builds. This new chapter led us to finding our deep inhale 1991 Blue Bird International 3700 7.3 liter diesel engine 6 window handicap school bus, named The Cheetah Cab after our love for everything cheetah and an homage to one of the most iconic Jersey Shore references.
