Jamaica's National Dish is Ackee and Saltfish (Cod Fish). Jerk Pork, chicken, etc. is just one of the many meals/foods we are known for.

Saw a Jamaican flag flying high at an outdoor shop across the road when you were about to get into your friend's car to go to the Restaurant Uptown Nairobi. Next time try the Oxtail with Rice & Peas, fried Plantains & steamed Cabbage. We normally eat Curry Goat with White Rice or Rice & Peas or Boiled Green Banana, Yellow Yam & Boiled Flour(Cassava) Dumplings; Steamed vegetables(cabbage, carrots), Fried Plantains & Avocados are also a staple in the Jamaican diet. At some point it would be nice to see you ladies in Jamaica doing what you do best!
ONE LOVE💚🖤💛
