  PSA thinks every card is trimmed. You have to hope the person who's grading your card is not crossed eye or suffering from a bad hangover It's a FRAUD COMPANY. AVOID PSA AT ALL COST!

  PSA doesn't have a flat fee which i think is wrong. they should have a flat fee and not this your card is now worth X so pay us X% of the new value.

  I've seen more PSA 10's than any other company out there, their grading system is a joke, and has been for many years.

  PSA is charging $79.99 for regular submissions now with a 70-80 days turnaround time. Ridiculous!

  We sent a 1974 T Munson in for grading to PSA. They sent it back saying it had been trimmed..etc. We sent it back to them and they graded it the second time- PSA 7. The same card!<br>They give the big boys in the hobby 10’s and grade down smaller customers.

  What rubbed me the wrong way years ago was I had considered sending some of my pokemon cards to get graded, but then I read their rules about what happens if the card is graded at a ten. It said that I would have to pay them extra if the value proved higher than the fee I paid for them to be graded in the first place. That felt scummy to me. That they wanted a cut of the card&apos;s value if it came back at a high grade.<br><br>Since they&apos;re the ones who are doing the grading, that gives them full power to decide if they want to demand more money from me. Second why are they asking for extra from me when the number itself doesn&apos;t determine the level of service required by their grading system. Getting it a ten doesn&apos;t automatically mean it get the royal treatment there versus what a card graded a 6 might get. They all get the same plastic casing and the same sticker added with a serial number. So why pay them extra? Only thing I figure is they want a slice of the &apos;pie&apos; if I ever want to sell it, but that&apos;s them assuming that the collector would want to sell in the first place. It could just be someone who wanted to preserve a special card that meant something to them, like having it since childhood or something they got from a friend. <br><br>That whole set up and fine print just felt wrong, and my gut feeling told me to avoid getting my stuff graded. Also the idea of sending my cards in the mail and then waiting for months to get them back terrified me. So many things could happen during it&apos;s journey and I am NOT willing to take that risk. Not when they&apos;re perfectly save in their sleeves sitting in a binder with me.
