I have been lucky enough to have visited Genoa multiple times in the last twenty or so years. It's such a beautiful city and not overwhelmed with tourists. The food is amazing and there's something magical there. Thank you for sharing your video.

I absolutely love your kind and respectful way of approaching places and telling their stories. Thank you for showing my city in such a genuine way, you clearly did your research, because you visited very authentic spots that we locals go to all the time and know very well (I’m also referring to the food vlog). Many of the places you visited hold so many university-life memories for me (Via Balbi where you visited Palazzo Reale, Piazza delle Erbe and Castelletto for aperitifs and nightlife, and the entire historic center in general).

It’s really beautiful to see the city through outside eyes and without bias. You were absolutely right to point out that at night, especially for single women, you need to be extremely careful (I avoid those areas entirely if I’m alone), while during the day those same places have a completely different feel.

It made me smile when you said it’s a welcoming city, because in the rest of Italy we’re known for being quite the opposite, even grumpy, yet you noticed a different reality, the one that emerges when people approach the city the way you did.

Beautiful videos. Thank you, from a Genovese

Thank you! I’ve always been so curious about this city, and your blog has been the best way to explore it from afar. Unlike most travel bloggers who only talk about their experience later from a hotel room, you actually bring us along with you—filming the streets, the cafés, the people, and the atmosphere in real time. You don’t just show your faces while walking—you capture the heart and energy of each place. It makes me genuinely excited for every new post. Hands down, the best European travel blog!🍷

Beautifully done! You really are great at editing and the music you chose was perfect for the mood and the scenes we are seeing. You change it up accordingly and it adds, not detracts from the ambiance. The close captions where you add a bit of history is much appreciated. Thank you!!!
