  I own a rodent control pest control company in Los Angeles, we jobs where the house or garage is full of rats, rodent droppings and rodent damage, and a lot of hoarding situations infested with rats, one thing I realized is the customer would hire us to remove the rats then have to hire a junk removal service because the junk removal service would not touch the junk in the property, so after watching all of your videos I decided to buy my 12’ dump trailer $10,000 I sold my first Job $11,300 to rodent proof the structure and remove the junk and then clean and sanitize the unit, 1 bedroom unit in a tri-plex, but because of the level of education you provided it made easier and to be honest I took pics and then got quotes from other junk removal companies and then double the price…. It sold and because of the knowledge you shared it gave me more confidence and now we are pushing more of these jobs… thanks guys…

  It's not an easy thing to walk the fine line between trying to create something that'll help your own business' personal growth while being completely authentic and genuinely helping enable others to do the same without withholding any important information but you guys are doing it and from what I've been able to find the best to do it.   I use a roll off bin truck with 20 yard bins + 14 foot box truck & ford transit high roof short body & Dodge mini van, They all work great, depending on the job size, You have to have multiple vehicle sizes for the suited job & traffic areas & parking

  About to start this year in 2026. In order for me to retire in 10 years at 45 which is my goal i need to increase my household income 100-130k. Im hoping this business will help me get there. I already have a silverado 1500 as my daily driver 2023 and work at a dealership as a manager in sales so maybe get a 2500 if business booms. Planning on doing this before/after work and days off. I may do you mentorship program too early-mid next year once I feel like I platue. Your guys content is awesome my wife and I enjoy it and it helped motivate her to work with me on our first business together! Cheers!

  I'm planning on leaving my job and buying a high top sprinter. I believe a high top sprinter is about 12 yards or so. I know a truck and trailer is bigger, but for me and my neighborhood, a van would look more clean for my neighbors. I will keep scrap separate and try to make money off that too.

  We still have a truck and trailer, but planning to get a junk truck like yours, or NRR with a roll off system so we can expand to rentals too.
