  BUDDY. A1. A1. I am a lifetime Bodyman, Collision Tech and have offered rust prevention service for over 20 years. I don&apos;t believe anyone in my entire state ( State of Maine ) has obsessively studied rust, moisture drainage and entrapment, unibody and frame design &amp; rust prevention more than I have, for as long as I have... 30 years! I have tested hundreds of products and even tried making a few of my own lol. Even today I have dozens of real time trials of products on raw steel that have been sitting outside for over 12 years to this day. Your cavity wax, straw &amp; gutter application is EXACTLY and t THE ONLY way solve these areas. But I had to take the time to compliment YOU on numerous things. Presentation, the inner and outer rocker cavity example with plexiglass, good lighting, good sound, no compressors or drills running in the background!   Thanks for the excellent demonstration. After 5 or 6 years the wax become hard, and BEHIND it rust can develop. Over at Appalachia, we put USED MOTOR OIL in a paint gun, and go to town with it, avoiding brake and exhaust parts. Best time to do this after a little surface rust developed on the metal. Pick a warm, dry day for the application. Repeat this annually, about 3 times. After a while, the oil may be drying off, but a permanent varnish layer remains and provides good rust protection. I am 83, used this method on all my cars, never had rust issues. Doesn&apos;t cost anything.

  Thats cool never new they had something like that. Years ago i used 1/4&quot; brake line (i usally buy it by the role) straighten out a long peace smash the tip then use a small drill bit to put holes all the way around it and hook it to a blow gun right before it goes into the gun put a brass compression t and hook a clear hose to the t and &nbsp;run it to a bucket of vinager acid what ever im using to dissolve rust and spray the crap out of the cavity let it set then use mineral spirits to rinse then the last step run a rust paint thrue on the last step done it with rames also. The last couple times i have done it i used pore15 have had a great luck with that now i have a degreeser air gun i picked up from hf havnt used it for the rust yet but definitely planning on it this summer on a project i have been wanting to start for years lol. Good to no there is actually something made for that thoe!!!!! Thanks for tge great info you rock man!!!!!!

  I&apos;ve watched hours &amp; hours of videos on how to deal with rust &amp; this is the 1st time I&apos;ve seen a video showing how to prevent/deal with rust prevention in internal cavaties.

  Rust generally starts in those areas because of humidity and condensation . The condensation happens on the inside panels and flows down to the lower areas . This is why cars in dry areas have little rust because the condensation doesn&apos;t happen.

  Didn&apos;t know 3M made an aerosol spray wax, I use woolwax, with their applicator, it has multiple nozzles and wands, and other than needing compressed air, it&apos;s almost exactly the same. 3M kit is cool too. Great vid.
