Well done man ! Ive been struggling to gain elo for the past 6 month (currently 1737). Win like this against 1800 and 1900 elo players are a huge moral boost, a few month ago i drew a 1950 that finished third at the national french championship. (He was only 12 years old and trained by a GM) I think your opponent might've been tired or unprepared, missing a move such as Nf5. I wish you all the best for your chess career, and hope that you reach your goal soon !
