  I like how Burn didn't resign so that young Fischer's brilliant game was a completed masterpiece. Such were gentlemen back then.

  Today, I was bored. I don&apos;t watch chess content, but I used to play back in high school, so when this was randomly recommended to me, I decided to watch. I&apos;d heard the name Bobby Fischer before, but I&apos;d never seen any of his games.<br><br>Good god. When it comes to chess, I&apos;m a novice at best, but even I understand that I have just witnessed greatness in this game. The fact that even his opponent understood in the moment that he was witnessing a genius at work, and decided to play the game out to checkmate instead of resigning really shows just how incredible this game was.<br><br>Well done on this video!

  I love that Burn could have resigned but opted to let Bobby have his time in the spotlight, recognizing the brilliance of a mind do rarely seen that it’s a once in a lifetime deal, and that’s if the mind is fortunate enough to find its calling which isn’t a guarantee.

  Actually, Bobby getting out of a hopeless position is quite inspiring, showing that it&apos;s not over, if you keep pressing, and have nothing left to lose by being unconventional.

  i think donald byrne knew how good bobby could be and really tested him here. and when he found out he was even better than he thought he allowed young bobby to have an immortal game. classy individual and great player.

  Bro.. I don&apos;t know that much about Chess, I&apos;m a GO player, but good grief.. I will subscribe just for you... What a way with lingo, I loved &quot;Brutal move&quot; etc...very refreshing to hear someone express themselves so well with such depth of knowledge. You make these games as large as life itself.
