  There’s an issue with the analogy of how going through a traumatic plane crash with someone strengthens your bond with them. It changes if you found out after the fact that your friend knew about the plane crash beforehand, planned for it, could have prevented it, but allowed it to happen because they wanted a bonding experience with you.

  This man does not sound like he was ever an atheist. He sounds like a Christian going through a rebellious phase, and took on the caricature persona of an atheist he heard about from the Christians around him.

  If God is a greater mind without a physical form there may be both enjoyments and suffering that God is aware of through the beings He creates but does not experience directly as an entire entity.

  I have listen to many teaching about God, i think its important that every creature at believes something that guides out time here on earth , to me that mean love of God,,we are all thinking after life here will be that is why we ask of God,  because we're unsure who God is who will happen to us when we see him ,,i believes the Devine, God,  creator,  ,what you like does not have anything that  wrong , those of us that believes God exist should do so ,because that what we know how,,

  As Christians we need to give our lives and allegiances only to God and our Lord Jesus Christ. Otherwise, we&apos;re only worshipping ourselves, our own vanities and egos that lead to immorality and hedonism.<br><br>I went through some excruciating pain with hernia, so painful I cried with tears coming out my eyes regularly. But I&apos;d say our Lord&apos;s sacred name over and over again. Eventually I came out of it &nbsp;with my respect intact for myself and my fellow human beings.<br><br>If I hadn&apos;t had the comfort of our Lord Jesus Christ I could&apos;ve come out of it feeling very bitter and resentful towards myself and the world around me.<br><br>Lord Jesus Christ is our loving father and teacher who loves all humanity regardless of who we are or what we&apos;ve done wrong in our lives.<br><br>All worship and glory belongs only to God and our Lord Jesus Christ ✝️

  As a Christian, I think the biggest problem with the God concept is the childish implication that God is mysterious with magic powers. <br>These guys in this video haven&apos;t made any clear descriptions of God whatsoever, just a lot of theories of wishful thinking and complaints.<br>Its almost impossible to fathom what they&apos;re actually trying to conclude.<br><br>I think there are only 2 real descriptions of God that are easy to understand.<br><br>1. A popular metaphysical &nbsp; &nbsp;description from around the world from various cultures.<br>2. The Christian description <br><br><br>Metaphysical description <br>------------------------------------------<br><br>God is the sky or heavenly Father that gives us the breath of life or air and water/rain.<br><br>There is also a Mother earth that gives us food(plants) and warmth(shelter and fire)<br><br>The reason why God heavenly Father is considered the first and the head of all creation is because when new life is borned into this world it must first breathe otherwise it can&apos;t live in this world. Therefore God heavenly Father is the first and the head of all creation.<br><br>This metaphysical idea is not magical mysticism, its just basic life giving physics.<br><br><br>The Christian description <br>-----------------------------------------<br><br>The Christian concept of God comes from Lord Jesus Christ who is the founder of Christianity, he tells us in his gospels that God is spirit, called our spiritual heavenly father of all creation. <br>He never spoke about a physical God but only the spirit of God.<br><br>Lord Jesus Christ says in the gospel of John that &quot;God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth&quot; John 4:24 ✝️ &nbsp;<br><br>He also says in the gospel of Luke that &quot;The kingdom(or spirit) of God is within you&quot; Luke 17:21 ✝️ <br><br>Lord Jesus Christ never placed any inferiority complex towards male or female, because he tells us in his gospels that the father and mother, or a man and a woman become one flesh or one equal union, explained in Matthew 19:5 ✝️ &nbsp;<br><br>Therefore, the Christian spirit of God is both father and mother, male and female. Dishonour towards the father also means dishonour towards the mother also or vice-versa.<br>The 5th commandment from the 10 commandments says: Honour thy father and thy mother.<br><br>Therefore the spirit of God is male and female.<br><br>I think all the unrealistic magical narratives about Lord Jesus Christ in the Bible are just embellishments done by<br>ancient writers of the ancient world who were obviously prone to that style of writing especially the religious linguistic translators, translating the Bible from Greek to Latin then to English.<br><br>I totally agree that the mystical &nbsp;language used in the Bible desperately needs updating and re-editing to a language that is more down to earth and realistic for today&apos;s readers.<br><br>I think the true focus of Christianity/Lord Jesus Christ are his moral teachings and laws.<br>All the mystical and magical literature in the Bible just confuses people to what is real and what is fantasy.<br><br>I became a Christian because of the moral intelligence of our Lord Jesus Christ not because of all the mystical magical narratives written about him.<br><br>All worship and glory belongs only to God and our Lord Jesus Christ &nbsp;✝️

  I&apos;m a former priest, now agnostic (atheist-leaning) Here&apos;s the main issue with hell and god&apos;s omnibenevolence and omniscience: Jesus says that all things can be forgiven: rejecting christ, blasphemes, grievous sins, etc. but that the sin against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven not in this life not in the next. (Mt 12:31-32) Well, here&apos;s the thing: if god truly lived and saw things through our perspective as the Christian apologist here says he does (&quot;Ruah&quot; - the spirit of love- living and seeing things through us) then that same Ruah-spirit god who&apos;s able to flood the sinners with perfect heavenly love and peace would go upon death: &quot;yeah, you did all these bad things, you were angry at god, but I fully understand where you come from. In fact, you had little free will in ending up acting the way you did given all that happened to you, and all the human machinery behind your actions. I suffered through your eyes, saw your despair and anger and your desire to be loved; now let me flood you with peace and love and bliss and heal all these wounds&quot;. Why would anyone reject sur a loving, peaceful, forgiving, divine experience? To take the philosophy class analogy: god would be flooding the person&apos;s mind (which was limited on earth to appreciate the beauty of philosophy because &quot;brain&quot; and personality traits limits) with perfect understanding of philosophy. That person would now see in divine light how amazing philosophy really is; not &quot;ugh, again with philosophy. Get me out of here.&quot; Or if God is classical music and a death metal core<br>lover enters &quot;God&quot; he&apos;d experience the full bliss of classical music through direct immersion with god and <b>now</b> understand what the fuss was all about.<br><br>Hell makes no sense.

  The contortions that a Christian must do to explain suffering is remarkable. &nbsp;Suffering is perfectly explained in a naturalistic word however.
