  Nick isn’t changing a thing. Nick is a dictator. How do I know? <br>2021 Nick calls plays for 9 games and goes 2-7. It was uninspiring, it was brutal, the guy showed us he’s not qualified to coach from a schematic standpoint and in this day and age the head coach has to be good at schemes. <br>Steichen comes in and goes 7-2 and it’s night and day different. There’s hope in Philly. In 2022 Steichen has full control and immunity of the offense. Nick is essentially out of power and he’s watching his team do better without him. Here’s the kicker. Nick has an ego and he’s a very prideful guy. He loves himself too much. If he ever was to get control of his team back, he’s not gonna give up control again that easily. That’s just the nature of an egotistical narcissist person. Nick watched the team get better without him, he’s upset. But what does he do? Does he polish up his skills and knowledge with schemes? He’s a family man. He’s not spending 13 hours a day in the film room to learn this. He probably already spent that amount of time in the film rooms in the past. He hasn’t learned much. Nick doubled down that he is knowledgeable enough with schemes. &nbsp;He promoted from within twice to micromanage them. And he even micromanaged Kellen Moore for 5 games before Kellen took over. What happened to see that Kellen took over? I’m not exactly sure. But Kellen obviously didn’t come here to be micromanaged by a guy dumber than him. I think Howie got involved. &nbsp;And Nick for a second time watched his team do much better without him involved with football decisions. And they even won without him making football decisions. <br><br>Nick isn’t going through that again. He is not watching his team do better without him for a third time. He put Manion in the booth to control the team. He’s delaying the play calls to force Hurts &nbsp;to call the play. He is a dictator. He’s a narcissist, he is egotistical, he doesn’t know schemes, and he gets the final say on schemes. <br><br>Nothing is going to change with Nick Sirianni he is who he is. The only change that can possibly happen is if Howie takes away his power and Sean Manion has full power and immunity of the offense. That’s the only thing that can happen. Nothing else. Nick isn’t changing. His ego is too big. You can’t change human nature like that.

  This all goes back to Howie Roseman&apos;s traumatic experience with Chip Kelly. The reason Howie keeps Sirianni is because he can easily control him. Sirianni is a lapdog, and never will be a threat to take Howie&apos;s power and push his office to the backside of the building again. Howie wants to keep Nick for his lack of being a threat to Howie&apos;s power and ego. That&apos;s why he created the ridiculous, and unheard of before, position of CEO Head Coach. <br><br>Sirianni is a coach who has no real function for any element of the team. Not the offense. Not the defense. Not special teams. The CEO structure was obviously created to restrict, and intends for Sirianni to keep his meddling hands off of the coordinator&apos;s operational function. Nick&apos;s intended responsibility is player morale and culture. His ego, however, always asserts itself on operations, especially with inexperienced offensive coordinators. <br><br>Howie created this preposterous CEO Head Coach structure, not because it would pull the best performance out of the team, but because allows him to keep a Head Coach that he knows doesn&apos;t threaten his control of the team. The solution is, of course, to fire Nick, and bring in the best available experienced Head Coach. Without concern that his competence might not make Howie&apos;s ego feel the absolutely most unthreatened.

  All our previous OC’s have been on the field calling plays and Nick still interfered so being in the box don’t matter

  500, Seth makes a lot of sense Jalen&apos;s audibles were clutch during the 2024 season and playoffs. Also the Eagles wouldn&apos;t be so great at two minute drills if Hurts was the horrible communicator they want us to think he is. Something is going behind the scenes and its not the players.
