  It was not "ineffective assistance of counsel", it was he brainwashed himself into thinking he knows better than actual lawyers, so when the attorney wouldn't file frivolous motions, and told this defendant his sovereign beliefs and claims had no merit he decided to dismiss the attorney and try to defend himself. The defendant being a fool isn't "ineffective counsel".

  These sovcit are mind blowing. All their jibber jabber only ends up dragging out the courts time and in the end they get a worse outcome then it would have been if they just went along with the law and took the deal or even better yet listen to a lawyer and follow their instructions while keeping your mouth shut as much as possible.
