  Been wearing the F91W for ages. As it happens, last week I accidentally broke one. Just fell off my bike and smashed the thing to bits. Now I appreciate the true freedom: no emotional or financial attachment to “stuff”. <br><br>I just picked up another identical F91W for $10 and thought no more about it. No mental energy needed.

  Mine&apos;s I bought in 1998. It survived the 2 weeks humanitarian mission for Aceh &nbsp;tsunami in 2004, it survived falls, swims, construction building, gardening, diving, and many more. I dont baby this watch, and it survived. Doesnt wear it much lately, but I usually wear mine during daytime because of the poor backlight, but its always on time.

  Wore an f91w back in middle school when they came out, and currently wearing one in my 40s. Just pulled the trigger on a gw5000u. That will be my forever watch.

  I have a secondhand A158. I chose it over the F91W because I felt like it would be sturdier without modifications. <br>It was my dream watch, and I&apos;m not kidding. So happy to wear it every day. I can understand the backlight complaints and can imagine for some it would be a dealbreaker, but I have no issue with the way it is personally. It&apos;s unironically done wonders for my timekeeping.

  I kinda feel the Casio&apos;s 5610u is the greatest watch of all time. It corrects its self every night. and charges its self every day.

  I had to return my F91W because the band was too short. I then bought a W-217-H that fits my wrist. I like it a lot.
