I love the way Jean waves to you. I’m 61 and my husband is 63, and he always waves to me like that. Even when we are home, I get the little waves. It’s so sweet!

The very best part for me as a viewer was seeing how lovely you two are together as a couple.<br>No matter how good or bad the experience is, you make it nice by being with each other!

Best coverage I’ve seen of French culture, food places to go etc. Plus, you two are an adorable couple.

When we went to Paris in the fall of 2009, we stayed in an apartment on Rue de Rivoli in the Marais. It was lovely and we had a blast!

Shops/Stores closed on Mondays are usually independent ones (single-person businesses). There's no shift and they have to close at some point during the week to get some rest and do whatever they have to do in their private life. The main reason why they're closed on Mondays is that office staff are back to work on that day, so shopping is their bottom-list priority. Saturday is shopping day for office staff, consequently the day shop/store keepers can't afford to miss.

Love seeing the empty streets and cafes, so overfilled in summer, difficult to find a table or any place to sit just to rest. The weather is the downside, but may be worth it!

This was one of your best vlogs Arielle. You really covered the Marais. I was really happy to see you went to Rue de Charlot. Years ago I dreamed of living on this street. Someday. Thank you. The Marais is so touristy but it still has an olde Paris quality that is infectious.

Hello, Arielle. I'm a new subscriber to your channel. WOW, merci infiniment for such an entertaining and comprehensive video!! You clearly put a lot of time and effort into making it, so thank you again. Wishing you and Jean a happy & healthy 2026. Cheers from an American in France. 🥂

This is one of your best videos. It really captures the mood and colors of the season. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Scenes of you opening doors and walking in make us feel as if we’re there with you. Your partner’s accent is charming when he speaks English; I hope he doesn’t try to lose it. I agree about the last restaurant; the mille-feuille looked a little sus. Thank you for another great show.

I thought this was great. (Before I forget the ring is lovely!) I liked this in part because your (both you and Jean) reactions were so helpful (including things that weren't worth the price) and because there were glimpses of vintage shops! Love vintage..... Oh yes- and I so appreciate when you indicate your sponsors clearly. That is so important for trust.
