Great video. I love sweet potatoes. My mom gets these huge ones all the time from a farm. They are almost the size of a cantaloupe. Usually she buys a few of them. They are slightly hard to cut raw though. Also they are the ones that are pink/purple inside. I will still try some of these recipes with them. Thank you!
