Being an inexperienced gardener, I have found your videos invaluable! I am learning how plant size at maturity affects how many plants to put in when filling containers. Most of my gardening is container gardening. I was especially proud of large twin containers I planted back in the spring. I wanted every inch of the containers covered with the biggest most beautiful plants I had for each side of my lamppost in front. When I completed them I found them to be massive, beautiful shoe stoppers in my humble and accurate opinion. LOL. I was so proud of them. I had SEVERAL of most of these plants Dragon Wing Begonias, Caladiums, Purslane, Creeping Jenny, and probably many other things now hidden in the plant. It has become massive, and I quite honestly can’t understand how the pole is holding both containers. The two plants are no longer two, but have become one solid huge plant. I think I learned my lesson with this one. Thank you for taking time to do your videos. You are appreciated!!

Last year I planted 1 Supertunia vista bubble gum in each of my 18 inch planters and those plants not only filled these pots but they over flowed.

I've commented this on prior years. I take the PW recipe and cut it in half. They are designed to look nice right now and not to look good in 4 weeks when they hit the mature size.

It also saves you a good chunk of money :)

I’d love to see a video on how to get the flowers to mix instead of clump in their own area/color. I have 10 window boxes and I get more color clumping than I’d like.

You always give so much good information. Thank you for not only talking about proven where winners I wish there was more information about Monroe via and some of the other companies out there.

Totally agree, I have 18” pots and plant 3-4 supertunias. That’s plenty and I usually need to trim them mid simmer.

get 10" square box from dollar tree (labeled as "dry erase plastic locker bins with handles"), drill 4 holes at the bottom. use one box for each petunia. u could always drag the container to 3 ft apart as the vista grows wider. i used 12 boxes last year and all boxes were covered up by vista in september , it looked completely like ground cover. no one knew they were in boxes
