  There is a difference between discernment and being judgmental. &nbsp;One definition of being judgmental is when you are trying to find fault with someone or something. &nbsp;That is not the same thing as discernment or being discerning. Discernment is the the ability to see things clearly and see the difference between right and wrong or true and false.

  Bam! So on point. I am so relieved to have been following this channel. There has been so much content that I have related to and received confirmation of. <br> It&apos;s funny, you know... when I first found this channel, I shared a video with someone who I had an intense Christian cult experience with. This was after I had exited the network, but she was still connected to it. She literally warned me to stop watching this channel because she believed that she had spiritual jurisdiction over me and what you were sharing was demonic. It was literally the last time we spoke. I then continued to watch every previous episode, and have continued to follow your channel. It was your video that triggered this person to unravel, and your content was also instrumental in helping me coordinate my way out of a crisis accommodation facility and get to a safer living situation. I truly believe that insightful content like this can help so many people in sticky situations to identify the environment they are in. <br> Love your work! 🦘

  I have had to work really hard on undoing bad programs. This is one of them.<br>Now I say, there is a difference between having good judgement and being judgemental. <br><br>Narcs just don&apos;t like boundaries. I have discovered that learning how to build boundaries, fortify them, and add more of them, is an ongoing process.

  Our society strongly conditions us from near day 1 to internalize that to be mistaken, incorrect, misled or in need of correction equates to being a &quot;bad person&quot;.<br><br>This is why so many have a hell of a difficult time with judgment in general, bec they feel their sense of self is under attack.
