Emotionally- not letting family members take advantage of you to meet their own needs.<br>Religious: staying away from what other close members are doing, if it's not in line with your beliefs.

Its a very profound lecture on setting boundaries.We should stick to islamic teachings on boundaries as western teaching on this topic is very misleading.
