The Birthday Battle Series (5th anniversary) was the last good series (2016). It literally derailed after that

Absolutely loved this show in its early years, it made me so excited to turn 18 and start partying. Feel like the lads going to the gym and doing basic grooming had a positive impact on young lads at the time. Fair play to Gaz as well had no idea he was doing so well for himself

I definitely think Kyle Christie deserves an honorable mention. He’s been on MTV’s (now paramount plus) The Challenge. And he’s a fan favourite on there

Guys you overlooked The Osbournes, which was one of MTV's original reality show hits and paved the way for what came after.

So glad you mentioned Joel Corry, I couldn't believe it when I finally saw a picture of him after hearing his songs on the radio for years...that's the "soft southerner" from Geordie Shore?! Unbelievable

This seems like the most nailed on video to get the True Geordie to react with you, would’ve loved to seen his reaction and opinion on the show

When you consider that the other reality shows were on ITV and therefore free to view vs MTV which was a channel you had to pay for, it’s staggering they had similar figures

Such a good video. I remember watching it when I was a teenager and the cast were such good tv and I’ve been rewatching clips since Christmas and the show was the soundtrack to my teen years. I stopped watching when Gaz left. It’s so nice seeing that some of the cast are now married and are parents! Great video:)

It’s so funny to have you guys talk about this because I’m from America and I grew up with jersey shore and it’s literally so iconic and influential over here and I’ve heard about Geordie shore and I always just thought it was a parody of it because of how similar the names were lol I had no idea it was an actual reality tv show to this caliber 😭😭😭
