I stopped going to Las Vegas in 2019, after going 2 - 3 times a year for decades. I just felt ripped off, gouged at every turn when I left. It's no longer fun. Can't see myself returning.

They won't have to worry about me, I won't stay at a resort that charges a resort fee.

average room rates $280 a night.... plus parking, plus resort fees, no wonder vegas is not selling 90+% of rooms.. lets not forget the Hotel bed tax too!

It will be very interesting to see what Vegas ends up changing into after it all shoots down the drain spectacularly.<br>The shame comes when you consider that it took 80 years to grow Vegas to what it is & it only took 10 years to destroy it.

Looks nothing like the original plans. That's the problem. What we got was boring. Sad. The original plans had something worth visiting. What was built was a boring mall that has nothing new. Not really sure how to change it.

Another example of greed killing an industry. In the endless pursuit of even higher profits, the core appeal of the product or service is strangled to death.

Been there , nothing in resort world is interesting enough to draw in foot traffic. It was rather boring.

Lower the blackjack table and no fees and might get busier. Do the opposite of MGM and Cesars.
