  You need to drink water bro, that's why you have a headache. You need to drink far more water. You can't just drink coke and redbull. Those dehydrate you, they offer nothing but a sugar high.

  I retired from running OTR as an O/O with my own authority of 30+ years and I have got to say that over the last 10 years the tech game changed my ways of doing things. I had a battery bank behind my cab (in a protected environment) that had enough stored power; that charged both when I ran my rig and through the solar I had installed. This allowed me too run an r/v a 24 volts rv a/c that I had mounted, watch tv through my starlink and get many other things done online, cook in my air fryer/ convention oven that was a game changer in saving money and especially run a projector for the tv. <br>I never would have thought back in 1989 when I started in a cab over freightshaker that things like all that would be possible. <br>Be safe out there on the road; keep the rubber side down.

  been trucking for 24 years. &nbsp;this new world is absolutely mind blowing with the cameras and recording yourself talking and eating etc......its like a imaginary friend or something to just talk to a device. &nbsp;its like a persons whole life revolves around making a video. &nbsp; &nbsp;not saying nothing bad at all. &nbsp;im just floored at the new world. &nbsp;its unbelievable

  Bro would suggest a low sugar/sugar free 20g protein bar for your late night eats post 10 coz they digest slowly and is less impactful from an insulin sensitive perspective than whole foods given that you&apos;re sitting all the way.
