I cook in my truck. I got a slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer combo (air fryer, oven etc) and additional mini fridge. Was like 330 but im down to 220. Also trying to physical exercises when you can helps alot.

I wouldn't give my key up disconnecting the trailer for safety if they want

I order groceries from Walmart + and get them delivered to a truck stop or shippers that I can park at. Cook in my toaster oven.

Yo. Good content. A quick tip. Carry an extra key. When I was an owner operator I carried an extra key for when they took my key. Some places get freezing cold or really hot. Be safe

Truck stop food is horribly unhealthy. I try to eat only the salads and boiled eggs from Love's but the temptation gets to me sometimes.

I would drop the trailer before handing over the key. I have used dummy keys. I typically exercise any time truck isn't moving. always bring my own clean food to last whole trip

Ninja combi pro , power xl air fryer grill combo, air fryer microwave combo, insta pot, hit plate, and electric griddle. And electric kettle. You can pretty much cook anything with that the ninja combi pro is awesome. Keeps foods cold and can cook veggies up top and air fry protein below in same machine and program it to cook at certain time. Can cook while moving (for teams) or if you plan out your meals. Also meal prepping using sous vide machine ahead of time. Then searing your proteins is game changing and saves money.

You should always keep an extra key or FOB attached (hidden) outside your rig.
