There was a specific flashback scene of Evil Morty and his Rick coming back from an adventure, EM complaining and his rick blowing up and telling him to just leave if he was so over it, so instead EM went and built something that basically brain-killed his Rick.

Also, I think the main reason that he is called Evil Morty was his willingness to capture and torture a bunch of Morty's to hide from the Citadel and likely Rick Prime. Casual killings don't seem to be that morally frowned upon in this show.

pretty sure there's a "glitch" telling us this whole thing because no one says "qoute underscore, underscore" ... seriously, every HUMAN knows those are generally pauses or mean to signify importance, not something to name.

Was this script written with an LLM? There are a lot of errors that could easily have been caught. The bit about there being episode of Evil Morty snapping was a good example. There was a specific episode where we see him snap.

10:21 severe audio issues here for a few minutes. Definitely vocalized with one

Bro, this video hits so deep, and its amazing how art imitates society's made up structure...if you can hear the message, and remove yourself personally...and see how the systemic inequalities and barriers that the Morty's had no choice initially , to bide by. I fully understand how Evil Morty evolved...i am particularly partial to his tactics to change the system from the inside...anyone commenting that @Galacticglitches "got a lot wrong", either you don't have the mental and emotional capacity to understand a different perspective, or you think that the Rick's represents yourself, and the Morty's are supposed to be the outcasts and servants for the Rick's. And the Morty's are absolutely wrong to defy the Rick's, and you will call the cops if someone different from you are just trying to exist, or be independent and happy? Says alot about you and your intelligence. @Galacticglitches, bro you made an awesome breakdown and description of this show...you made a fan of me!!

Maybe watch the series a few more times. Dorks like me will notice every contradiction and error. Your narration and pace are really good.

I don't think Rick C-137 was ever Evil Morty's Rick... He hates C-137 because that's the Rick who built the citadel. Evil Morty was Evil Rick's Morty.

18:30 well, it is explained: the Genius waves get canceled out by the erm, "Morty" waves.
For sound engineers: Like canceling or muting something out with an inversed wave. Morty + Rick = Silence or unintelligable quiet noise.
For photo-engineers: Like Rick's thoughts are one layer, and Morty's thoughts are an adjustment layer, when "added" together are so close to rgb000 they're lost in compression.
For a seizemologist: Rick's brainwaves would cause magnitude 10 earthquakes if they weren't met with Morty's brainwaves.
For Tom Richard and Harry: Rick thinking stinks so bad that only the stench of Morty's thoughts can neutralize the odour, like an airfreshener next to a toilet.
