My GF worked in the Lafayette Mall in the 80s. One day she saw there was a big gang of kids hanging around “a couple of dirtbags”. She stepped out to see what the deal was and some kid said “It’s Axl & Izzy!” She said, “Who the hell is that?” Their album might not even have been released yet. 6 months later she was a huge fan. 😂

Hearing about the childhood abuse he endured it kind of makes sense as to why he was such an agent of chaos when with GNR...Good stuff...Thanks for sharing Jordan.

That is such a typical Indiana house, it's amazing he broke that cycle and became what he is.

I grew up on 15th right by Shannon and Nell Hoon, mom was in same class as Billy. Both born in 1960, my uncle was older so they came to him for adult beverages 😂 But Nell Hoon holds a vigil in Dayton Indiana every year for Shannon. She used to be a model for department store ads, such a gorgeous woman. She has more Guns N Roses stories then most you should look her up. Amazing woman. She never got over Shannon passing.

I got to use Bill Bailey's text book when I went to Jeff. The teacher told me how special that was, but I wasn't allowed to listen to him! Now I do 🎉

Dreaming of meeting and shaking hands with Axl Rose was an incredible experience! For a die-hard fan, it was a truly memorable moment, even if it happened in a dream. I wish I could meet him in real life. I love you Axl rose, rockstar, legendary❤
