I’ve been asking the Universe to help me love myself as much as my guardian angel loves me. Loving other people is easy; loving myself is a confusing, uncomfortable concept. I know I’m not alone in that feeling, and I hope all of us who struggle with our self-worth can find a way to detach from that inner belief that we’re not enough.

I believe the key to loving self, is realizing there is no self. We are all 1 and if we love other expressions of us, in essence, we are loving self.

I remember being 15 years old, in Nazarene Sunday school, back in the 80's. <br>The Pastor was bemoaning the current state of the world, which was obviously hurtling inevitably towards Armageddon and Revelation. <br> <br>I had discovered the writings of Edgar Cayce and Ruth Montgomery a couple of years previously.<br><br>I raised my hand and said, "I feel so...grateful and honored to have been born into this time, into these challenges. It's...amazing to be living here now and experiencing this age of transformation."<br><br>Little did I know then just how unimaginable the changes would be.<br><br>I'm now 57 years old (and the mother of a gifted and neurodivergent 16-year-old son), and still amazed and awestruck at this reality I'm experiencing.<br><br>Can't wait to see what's coming in the next 20 years! I'm still feeling grateful and honored. <br><br>Love your show, Alex! 💕

I have found that not only may you have more power than you feel that you have, but that, upon its discovery, comes the much larger discovery of the huge responsibility you have of using it extremely carefully. In every single thought and action. Discovering your power is not the finish line. It is a threshold.

We keep saying we have been conditioned as kids and yes we have , but as soon as you become aware of that pattern as an adult, you can uncondition yourself, we don’t need to keep being stuck. This is what it means to love yourself, uncondition yourself, unstick yourself and take your realisations and be free
