I literally get home from seeing Primus and this video is 2nd in my feed. I love that you have the lyrics up too. Also,, huge fan of this band and this is probably still my favorite album.

I had a dvd where they played this whole album live. Its fantastic. Ir also shows the techniques Les uses like using all 4 fingers on the strumming hand to get that staccato sound Toys Go Winding Down

This band is so great to see live if you ever get a chance, mostly for the drummer. I don't care which drummer, their drumming drives the music and each of them are so good.

My interpretation of the Humpty Dumpty verse in pudding time is that Humpty Dumpty is meant to represent the planet and Humpty falling represents global warming. Humpty couldn’t be put back together even with all that effort just as the planet may not be able to be put back together either. Especially because the next verse is about the striped bass dying.<br><br>Edit: need to see more Primus reactions that actually focus on the lyrics like these. Yes, a lot of Primus songs are funny and told in a funny way but atleast some of the lyrics contain some meaning. It’s very refreshing to watch!
