  Quick note! If you are ever choking and alone:<br><br>- don’t panic<br>-find a dining room chair/ chair with a medium sized backrest<br>- lay your stomach on the back of the chair with your head laying a little lower <br>- push your belly into it, with quick and deep thrusts (forceful)<br><br>I hope this is a helpful tip for whoever needs it ❤<br>-
