  Miracleman #15…the infamous cover (and issue) depicting violence I had never seen since pre code horror comics. <br>The portrayal of a decapitated head is horrific.<br>I’m glad I still own the entire original run from the “80”s.

  HAHA! New X-Men 122. It took me a minute or two but now that I see it, I can&apos;t un-see it! <br><br>The controversial ones I know are: <br>Elseworlds 80 Page Giant<br>Elektra 3 (Bendis run) <br>Immortal Hulk 43<br>League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 5<br>and X-Men Gold 1

  To be fair, the early issues of the Eclipse Miracleman were also reprints that added colouring to the original black and white art, not to mention changing Marvelman to Miracleman, so changing the colouring and text isn&apos;t that unprecedented

  I have the Lobo&apos;s Back and Green Lantern issues. And also it&apos;s bad what Hank Pym did but also Peter Parker did that. But since it was the start of the stupid plot with Gwen Stacy offspring that they had to erase a few years later, i assume everyone tried to forget it. Eric Larsen is awesome too. Wizard made a list of the best villain lineups and gave a sidebar just for the insane stuff in Savage Dragon.

  The entire run of Preacher is controversial. &nbsp;The took the comics code authority book and checked off each rule as they broke them, and created quite a few new ones no thought of before. It&apos;s also the most blasphemous thing I ever read. But it&apos;s such a good story I couldn&apos;t stop reading it.

  Great list and information Samurai!!! Wolverine <a href="https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/131">#131</a> has an anti semetic word in it that made it controversial. The difference is the number by the barcode 13111 being the uncensored and 13112 being the censored version.
