bourbon还是苏威，只鼻闻后，口含20到30秒，就吐掉，不再喝下去，虽口含也吸收点酒精，对肠胃刺激少多了。bourbon对我来讲就是闻汽油，喝汽油，非常浓烈，可能与新鲜橡木桶关系，木质的辛辣，就像咬木头一样。汽油也加10% 乙醇嘛。用旧橡木桶的苏威，辛辣少风味多。😁

威士忌是蒸馏酒，蒸馏出来当然是无色透明的，颜色只能来自于成酒之后的后期制作。
