  Dear Pentrex team, I’m Abner from Brazil, and I wanted to thank you for releasing this video on YouTube. It means a lot to me; thanks to this video and several of your other DVDs, I became a passionate railfan. This specific DVD was my favorite, and I hadn&apos;t watched it in over 17 years. My father used to bring back various DVDs about American railroads from the US, and I watched them all when I was a kid. <br> <br>Thank you from the bottom of my heart—sending a big hug from Brazil!!!!

  I was an engineer out of Kansas City for BNSF, it’s all changed drastically since this video was filmed. Definitely miss running through the flint hills into El Dorado lake

  This is one of the best Pentrex productions ever made. 1 of 6 of my top train dvds growing up and still today. It perfectly captures the way the former Santa Fe looked and felt during early BNSF , much like the Black Diamonds and Through the Dunes represented early BNSF and how it felt on the old Burlington Northern.

  This brings back so many memories of my youth. This one along with Ozark Country Cab Ride, and Runnin&apos; the Highline was my favorites back in the day as a child. I remember getting the Pentrex catalogs in the mail with order forms, picking one out with the vibrant pics.. Then having my Mother mail it off and eagerly waiting weeks for the delivery.. Checking the mail everyday with so much anticipation. It was like Christmas when it arrived. Now I&apos;m in my 40s with 4 kids of my own with the oldest now moved out. Not only my life changed, but the world around has changed so much since. Thank you Pentrex for taking me back to those days of youth and curiosity! Great work!

  Really nicely done video! Rather than the typical &quot;fixed view&quot; cab ride, I really enjoyed how you showed the crew inside the cab operating the engine, and gave multiple views of the run! 😎👋🦅

  I was a Conductor/Brakeman on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway until I &nbsp;was injured and ended up having to retire! &nbsp;I worked Middle Division Seniority District 1 from Emporia to Ark City, Wellington, Newton and branch line terminals from 1971 to 1994. &nbsp;Watching this video brought back a lot of memories! &nbsp;I grew up in Newton, Kansas, the Middle Division Headquarters and used to watch all the Warbonnet Passenger Trains come to town as Newton was a main Passenger Station! &nbsp;When I went to work, the Santa Fe still had Cabooses and when I had to retire, our Divisions had merged and my home terminal was Kansas City! &nbsp;There used to be a Roundhouse at Arkansas City! &nbsp;<br><br>Thank You for this video!
