  I don't think First Sinner is as malicious as you paint her to be. Her battle isn't in a dream, if it was your tools wouldn't be spent upon waking. I'm guessing she challenged you, because like Phantom and Pinstress, she preferred to die in battle. It could also be a test. With the flying needles, her battle more resembles Grand Mother Silk then it does Widow. She wants to help prepare you, so imitates her fighting style.

  Widow's memory shows her as a full Weaver among many others, playing music for Grand Mother Silk. I think it's pretty clear that she's a loyalist who was mutilated by the victorious traitors.

  I don’t think first sinner is actually tricking hornet, she just has a higher standard for inheriting her power. Hence why she doesn’t try to kill hornet or escape through her body

  I know we all like to joke about Trobio being a knock off Grim fanboy, but his boss battle kinda does emulate parts of the Troupes ritual. A fervent dance, a heated battle that will lead to rebirth? Makes me wonder if maybe our silly actor had a little dream once upon a time. Or maybe a nightmare.

  I had a thought about how strong Widow was, and wondered what would it be like to fight her with a mask on and full control of her silk. Then I realized Team Cherry answered that question with First Sinner.

  Your videos have thus far been more prompt, more descriptive, and more thorough than even Mossbag's. He only beats you out in humor, but I don't think you should shift your tone. Thanks for all of the great work.

  I like the theory that first sinner was imprisoned by the weavers because her knowledge of how they were formed could threaten the idea that all weavers are holy, the religion that keeps the citadel running.

  The First Sinner probably looks the way she does, because in the cutscene after her defeat, we see how she was raised from a Pharlid. First models are usually flawed, which may be the reason. Also the fight is, in fact, in a dream, since you see the floor and particle effects clearly change from how it looks at present date. As Hornet binds her, she gets pulled into the past.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dowyarOU_4&amp;t=1916">31:56</a><br>I&apos;m leaning towards that the rest of the Rebels felt that First Sinner&apos;s behavior and ambition for Weaver supremacy, too wreckless because when they eventually finally subjugated the Monarch, they found that they needed very lesser bug within Pharloom more than ever to accomplish eliminating Grandmother Silk. So they were fine with keeping First Sinner confined within the Slab while they devised new ideas before eventually fleeing.

  To me, the First Sinner&apos;s sin was flame. &nbsp;She spun flame from silk, and flame destroys silk. &nbsp;Thus she made the anathema out of the very thing that supports the entire ecosystem. &nbsp;Such power could easily lead to her rising up to be a new ruler. &nbsp;In some ways, her flame runes allowed other bugs to find a new possibility of escaping silk, which lead to the creation of the cult of fire and their idol they worship.<br>Likewise, the flames from her runes could of freed her directly from Grandmother Silk&apos;s control and silk, and thus lead to her regressing a bit since the pale being could no longer sustain her ascension. &nbsp;With her fall, her sisters would no longer see her as one of their numbers, and thus seal her away.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dowyarOU_4&amp;t=2906">48:26</a> idk if someone corrected this already, but this actually can happen in Act 2. The exact prerequisites are that you need the Conductor&apos;s Melody, and need to run into Second Sentinel in hallways a few times. Having the Everbloom lowers the requirement for these though. My assumption is that the fight being locked behind &quot;having run into Second Sentinel multiple times&quot; is done because that&apos;s how long it takes for it to see Hornet fight and question if her silk-based abilities come from her being haunted.<br><br>anyways I&apos;m loving the video so far, I haven&apos;t seen anything from this channel before but I like your commitment to both accuracy and considering lots of different options for interpretations.
