Hi Gino love your shows so much !! Try making tiramisu with Galliano liqueur it is the way I made it since 1995 when I was in Italy and a chef from Abruzzo served it. We knew him well and he showed me step by step his way … I only make it that way and it’s a crowd favourite. Otherwise your recipe exactly like mine!! I also NEVER use egg whites !! Keep up the great work my whole family loves you! 😊

When you tap two eggs together, only one cracks because no two eggshells have the exact same strength or thickness. The moment the weaker shell reaches its breaking limit and fractures, it loses its structural stiffness, which immediately stops it from transferring enough counter-force to break the second, slightly stronger egg.
