Beautiful!!! I have to try to make this lovely risotto! My 10 year old son will eat anything I make according to your recipe! He learned to make spaghetti al pomodoro, because he loved your video and we had to cook it! And now we have to make it regularly!<br>It would be lovely to have a video of a mushroom risotto too!
