It's not the responsibility of the man to notice the obscure body language of the woman. If I wish to talk to you, I would not keep repeating words in my language,, rather I would try to speak in your language. Surprisingly, when it comes to relationships, some women expect their male crushes to learn their body language, when the man may not even be aware that the lady is interested. In my experience, women who are serious enough about a man either speak up or find a way to express their interest in a way he would notice.
