  It&apos;s crazy how much women want men to share their emotions, however, we&apos;re supposed to channel our zen when they start trippin? It&apos;s not ok to treat me in any kind of way. There appears to be so many double standards. I&apos;m not hearing any of that. I am who I am. Gentlemen, sometimes you just need to know you&apos;re the real prize. If you&apos;re a good man who holds it down, you&apos;ll find a woman who will see that. You don&apos;t need to have 5 attitudes to keep a woman. You need one... Know your worth! Be good to yourselves ✊🏾

  1: Do not seek to bed liked, be you<br>2: Move at your own pace<br>3: Don&apos;t announce your standards. Enforce your standard by denying access and removing yourself from the situation. Announcing your standards seems like begging or bargaining and it invites testing.<br>4: Emotional stability under pressure.<br>5: &nbsp;you value your life more than the relationship.

  There’s a part of The Quiet Rules by Lorian Kade that basically makes you question whether you actually want the woman or whether you need her to want you back. Sounds like the same thing at first. It really isn’t.

  Let&apos;s be clear, standards have to be communicated whether verbally or physically first. If standards are not considered or respected thereafter, then you adjust with your time and energy.
