Prayer for me is easy and a must! I find so much more peace praying to my Father in Heaven through out the day every day. If I'm driving I pray, if I'm laying down, I pray. I pray constantly because I know He hears me and listens and that He is with me always. There is no formal way to pray, just talk to Him, Thank Him, ask Him, Praise Him!
